Shipping policy
🚚 How is my order shipped?
We ship orders every weekday from Kungsbacka, Sweden.
Within Sweden:

Small orders (up to 2kg) are delivered directly to your mailbox with PostNord Varubrev.

Larger packages are sent to PostNord Service Point or Parcel Locker (selected through the PostNord app after purchase) or DHL Service Point.
Within the EU and Norway:
All EU and Norway deliveries are shipped with tracked services via DHL, UPS or FedEx, depending on destination and which option provides the fastest and safest delivery. The carrier is selected automatically based on your shipping address.
💸 What does shipping cost?
Sweden:
- PostNord Varubrev (mailbox): 49 SEK
- PostNord Ombud / Paketbox OR DHL Service Point: 69 SEK
EU and Norway:

Tracked shipping via DHL/UPS/FedEx: 149 SEK
⏱️ Delivery times
Sweden: 2–7 business days
EU and Norway: Typically 3–10 business days depending on destination and carrier
We produce each item to order and ship within three business days, often the same or the next weekday. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location.
🌍 Do you ship outside the EU?
Not yet via the webshop — but you can always email us at hello@tassmark.com and we’ll help you manually.
❗ If delays occur
If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we will notify you. You always have the right to cancel your order in case of significant delays. Most delays are outside our control (e.g., shipping partners, weather, customs), but we keep you informed if something unexpected happens.
📦 Unclaimed packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, a fee of 350 SEK is charged to cover shipping, handling and administrative costs. Not picking up a parcel does not count as a valid return or cancellation under EU distance selling regulations.
