Add a marker to your tracking line – tactile marker

This is one of those small details that makes a big difference when you are actually out there with the line in your hand.

With a marker on your tracking line, you do not have to guess, count steps, tie a knot, or look down to see how much line you have out. You can immediately feel where you are on the line and focus on your dog instead.

Especially useful if you train or compete in tracking:
For working dog tracking, where you need to let out a certain amount of line before following, or for game tracking where you are not allowed to hold the line closer than 5 metres. With a clear tactile marker, you know exactly when you are there without having to think about it.

We attach a rivet as a marker directly to your tracking line.

By default, we place the marker:

• At 5 metres if you choose the 10 m line
• At 10 metres if you choose the 15 m or 20 m line

This covers the most common needs in both training and competitions.

Would you like the marker placed at a different length? Write it in the “special instructions” field in the cart and we will adapt it for you.

The marker is mounted when we manufacture your tracking line, so it is placed correctly from the start and built to last.
